Many of you may be aware of how much I love the bolero and shrug sweater or jacket.
Here are some resources for these items shown below:
Goodwill is where is often find some real gems like this silk floral sundress. Yes, I wear a slip dress under this garment as it is unlined and fairly sheer without it. Please wear your slips ladies! I bought this dress with my mom and later wore it to the BBQ I hosted.
Successories in the Button Box in Noe Valley. This sweet shop is where I found the ivory cashmere shrug. The shop is filled with hand made jewelry, scarves made by local designers and has a tiny room in the back where I find some incredible goodies. This is one of my secret shops that I’m sharing with you. Enjoy!
Synergy Organic Clothing is where I bought this really fabulous light grey dress with cowl neckline. The dress can actually be worn backwards and the back has a lower scoop neckline and cinched waist.
Miranda Caroligne Blue Dress made from repurposed men’s sweaters! I am the happy owner of several of Miranda’s dresses. These dresses attract much attention when I wear them. I was once approached by a woman in Boston as I walked down Newbury street with my mother.
Uko of Hayes Valley is where is bought this very flattering teal dress for a mere $50 bucks! I love the A-symetrical hemline, the style of a wrap dress without it actually being a wrap dress.
